The below Terms of Use apply to the website: www.acommunity.com (the "Website") and shall constitute a legal agreement between you and Community Over Everything, LLC d/b/a "acommunity.com" ("AC") relating to the terms and conditions that all visitors to the Website must comply with at all times.

Payment & Return/Refund Policy

For all payments and refunds AC uses Stripe to process. When you cause your account to be canceled, you retain all access to your account until the end of the billing cycle, at which time your account will not auto-renew.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding all information in connection to collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information.

Provision of Services

The Website shall from time to time contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, advertisers, resource tools, artist websites and various organizations. It is also the case that third-party websites may have hyperlinks on their sites linking it to the Website. When you click on a hyperlink on the Website, it results in navigating you away from the Website to a third-party site and/or service. Any and all interactions and transactions between you and any such third-party sites are those between you and the relevant third-party site and AC is in no way responsible for any such transactions, shall not be responsible for the examination and evaluation of any such transaction, and cannot warrant that the goods, services or offerings of any such third-party or any content included within any third-party website/advertisement. Therefore, AC cannot and will not assume any liability or responsibility for the actions, services, accuracy, practices, content or availability of any outside service/resource/product. Any and all concerns in connection with other websites, should be directed to that website and its operators and not to AC.

Use of the Services and Content by You

The Website shall provide through your subscription access to certain content culled from the Joe Budden Podcast Patreon Content (the "Content"). By subscribing to the Website, you hereby agree not to post, upload or otherwise publish via any other online platform such Content wherein any original content contained in any such Content has been edited by you or any third-party or in any way altered by you or any third-party so as to include libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, abusive content, or otherwise cause the violation of any rules or regulations of any regulatory body by the distribution of such edited or otherwise altered Videos, once you subscribe to the Website. You shall not, without AC's express prior written approval, which it may withhold at its sole discretion, use any portion of the Content to advertise or solicit any goods or services, to solicit funds or information from any third-party, or any other promotional or commercial purpose.

Copyright Infringement

Please be advised that the Terms of Use herein consists of the entire agreement between you and AC with regard to all of your interaction with the Website. In the event any provision or provisions herein are found to be unenforceable or invalid, solely in such event such provisions shall be modified to reflect the original intentions of the parties hereto and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any single provision contained within the Terms of Use shall be construed to be a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any provision herein, and AC's failure to assert any right/provision under the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of such right/provision. The Website was created in the United States and is hosted within in the United States and no representation is made that any Content in connection with the Website is permissible for access outside of the United States. Any person who chooses to access the Website from outside the United States is responsible for all compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. The Terms of Use shall be read, construed and governed by United States law and the federal courts sitting in the Southern District of New York shall be the court of exclusive and competent jurisdiction.
