To have fallen out of one’s usual routine, discipline, habits, or lifestyle—whether for better or worse. Can refer to no longer going out, working out, being productive, partying, dating, or participating in any activity once done consistently.
Note: In Islam, deen means religion or way of life. In JBP usage, the phrase is expanded to mean being disconnected from any personal habit, pattern, or version of yourself.
